What if my email address changes?
If you need to change your email address, send a request in writing to First National Bank with the new email address.
What if I forget my password?
You may contact First National Bank to change it; however, this will only change the password on future statements. We are unable to furnish or change the password on any previously delivered statements.
What if I didn't receive my Statement?
First, check your "junk mail". Secondly, have you changed your email address? If your email address has changed and you haven't contacted us, it would have gone to the address we have on file. Contact a Customer Service Representative and we would be happy to look into that for you.
Are there any system requirements?
Yes, you must have the following:
- A personal computer with Windows XP or higher
- Internet Browser with 128-bit encryption
- Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher
When during the month will my statements be available?
You should receive your eStatement around the same time you would have received you statement via U.S. Postal Mail.
I just enrolled, how soon will I get my eStatements?
It takes one statement cycle to begin receiving eStatements. Please be aware that Checking Statements are sent out monthly, and if you have ONLY a savings account, these are sent out quarterly.
Can I enroll by calling First National Bank?
No, you must enroll by printing an enrollment form from our website and brining it into one of our branch locations, or by stopping in and completing the form in person.
What statements can I receive via email?
Any checking or savings statements the customer receives in the mail as of today is what we would receive via email. If we have multiple accounts combined on their statements (ex. DDA, SAV, LOANS) these will all be sent out in one attachment. Customers who only have a savings account can sign up for eStatements and these will be sent out quarterly. Unfortunately at this point we are unable to send out any loan or HELOC statements unless they are combined with a DDA statement.
Is there a cost for eStatements?
No, eStatements are free of charge
